Founder & CEO
As the CEO, Nilesh is responsible for leading Blue Altair’s talent-driven, unique consulting firm to success.
A career consultant with roots as a developer and then a technical architect, Nilesh has spent over 25 years in business, management, and technology consulting. He has worked in Financial Services, Healthcare, Media and Entertainment, Hi-tech, Government, and Utilities Verticals. Nilesh spent six years at Sapient and close to ten years at Accenture, where he led API Management globally. That experience was followed by co-founding Fresh Gravity and establishing its core consulting backbone over six years. As a founder and CEO at Blue Altair, his role involves many facets, including growth strategy and vision, successful delivery of projects, sales, and marketing. Most importantly, Nilesh is the head of people and culture at Blue Altair, and firmly believes in our core values as we reach for new heights.
Nilesh received his bachelor's degree in Engineering from IIT Bombay, and then his master's degree in Transportation System Engineering from Virginia Tech.
When not honing his focus and diligence at work, Nilesh is traveling the globe. He has visited nearly 120 countries, many of which he’s been to multiple times! Maldives, Botswana and Faroe Islands are among his favorites. Nilesh considers himself a caring person, which is evident in his personal passions such as volunteerism, of which he does a lot, but yearns to do more. Nilesh loves any type of spicy vegetarian cuisine!

Dipti Joshi
Co-Founder & Managing Director - APAC
Dipti is responsible for growing Blue Altair’s presence in India and APAC region, as well as global delivery from the India development center. She also ensures that we have healthy and happy Altairians, and a great and respected culture for everyone associated with us – our clients, our partners and our team members.
Dipti started her career as a CRM consultant and helped numerous enterprises with their digital transformation journeys. She then shifted her focus to delivering data management projects, working in various business domains including Telecom, Banking, and Financial Services. Before beginning her journey with Blue Altair, Dipti started an e-commerce platform for boutique and tailored clothing.
Dipti has received her bachelor's degree in Engineering.
When not working, you’ll find Dipti passionately embodying the idea of “carpe diem – today is the day!” She loves connecting with interesting people, researching her favorite history topic, or deciding on her next travel destination. In a previous vacation, she found a spontaneous adrenaline rush when she jumped from a cliff into the Aegean Sea in Milos, Greece, which encapsulates why she calls herself both energetic and crazy! No stranger to heights, Dipti originally thought she’d become a pilot when she grew up.

Dan is responsible for growing and managing Blue Altair’s Strategic Partnerships, as well as managing the sales team and relationships between our Clients and Partners.
Dan brings over 20 years of sales and consulting expertise in an expansive range of industries using SaaS technologies and cloud-hosted solutions. With an executive-level mindset and a strong strategic approach, Dan applies a fresh and creative perspective to help Blue Altair’s clients solve digital problems. Leveraging his experience in Fortune 500 companies and start-up technology innovators alike, he has a diverse consulting style that is adaptive to the complex needs of clients. His industry experience includes IT, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, Clean Energy, eCommerce, and Entertainment.
Dan received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dan considers himself honest and integrity-driven, and as a high-schooler, he was convinced he’d be a Marine Biologist when he grew up. When not working, you can find Dan skiing, swimming, or playing electric guitar (he loves hard rock!). His favorite advice is “hope is not a strategy.”
Ranga Iyengar

Ranga Iyengar
Managing Director, Data Management
Ranga leads the Data Management capability at Blue Altair that focuses on data warehousing and BI, data governance, data quality, and master data management.
Ranga has worked in the data management space for over 20 years. Prior to joining Blue Altair, he worked with software product companies Reltio, Informatica and Siperian, leading their professional services and solution architecture teams. He also previously worked at management consulting firms CSC and PwC delivering solutions around enterprise integration, business analytics, and business intelligence.
Ranga received an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.
Ranga considers himself positive, open-minded, and reliable. When not working, you can find him watching movies, listening to music, and playing with his dog. He’s passionate about cooking, although his least favorite chore is cleaning up after cooking. Growing up, he was sure that he’d become a professional cricket-player, and although that is not the case, he still loves the sport.
Brajesh De

Brajesh De
Managing Director, API Management & Integration
Brajesh is the global lead for API Management and Integration, and Digital Application Development capabilities at Blue Altair.
He has 25 years of experience in delivering large scale digital transformation projects with expertise in technology leadership, consulting, architecture, design, and implementation. He has architected and designed several distributed, cloud native, highly-scalable and secure applications leveraging API-Led architecture on cloud involving large scale data transformation. He acquired professional cloud certifications on both AWS and GCP. He is also expert in architecting security solutions and possess MIT Application Security Architect certification. His state of art experience in designing API driven applications is reflected in the book authored by him titled API Management – An Architect’s Guide for Developing and Managing APIs for Your Organization.
Prior to joining Blue Altair, he was capability lead for API, Microservices, and Cloud Native Technologies at Accenture, where he was primarily responsible for supporting sales, delivery, thought leadership, and building reusable delivery assets and accelerators.
He also holds two published patents across multiple countries for his work in API Assessment and Data Intelligence.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT-BHU Varanasi and was the recipient of multiple university gold medals during his tenure.
When not working, you can find Brajesh nurturing his culinary skills at home or admiring nature while traveling. He considers himself responsible and empathic and credits his father for inspiring his career path most. His perfect day would include learning something new, relaxing amidst nature, and eating Chicken Biryani for dinner.
Vikas Lal

Vikas Lal
Director, Client Success
Vik leads the Client Success capability at Blue Altair and also serves in a variety of internal capacities including Proposals, Compliance, Business Continuity and Risk. Prior to joining Blue Altair Vik worked for companies such as Serco, EY, IBM, and Booz Allen.
Vik spent 17 years consulting for US federal government clients on a variety of projects in the areas of Project Management, Risk Management, Governance, and Performance Reporting. His earlier consulting career focused on Organizational Strategy and BPR. Prior to his Federal Consulting work, Vik consulted for commercial clients in a variety of capacities but focused primarily on quantitative analysis and creating financial models. After a 20-year career in Consulting, Vik spent 5 years as the overall Risk Manager for Serco, Inc., a $1.5 Billion government services company.
Vik earned his BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, then his MBA in Finance from the Ohio State University. He was selected for an intensive executive education program in Management at Said Business School, Oxford University in Oxford, England.
When he’s not working, you can find Vik spending time with his two daughters, playing with his dog, and following anything related to Michigan football and basketball. Thai and Mexican food are his cuisines of choice. He considers himself genuine, thorough, and driven in everyday life, but his ideal day would be spent on a tropical island. Two of the most beautiful places he has visited are in Italy – the Amalfi Coast and the island of Capri.
Stephen Argyropoulos

Stephen Argyropoulos
Managing Director - Australia
Stephen is responsible for all aspects of Blue Altair business in Australia, including driving sales and delivery of client engagements, vendor and partner relationships, and marketing.
He has, in the last 30 years, delivered over $2.5 Billion in revenue for major companies such as Oracle, Ernst & Young, Ericsson, Amdocs and TCS, as well as employed over 8,000 staff across 250+ projects in Business and IT Transformation for global customers. He has also managed sales, marketing, delivery, operations, R&D, and senior customer engagements, and received multiple awards for excellence.
In his latest role, has was the Regional Director of the Oracle Communications business in Oceania, where he integrated the Service Provider and Enterprise business segments. He developed strategy for the region, increased their profile, and managed all aspects of customer lifecycle including sales, engineering and marketing.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Melbourne.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with people, including family and friends. His wife is a master chef and chocolatier, and they share two daughters. Stephen loves his sports such Australia Rules Football, as well as English Premier League, and he regularly streams games in the NHL, NFL and MLB. Stephen lives in the most liveable city in the world - Melbourne, Australia.
Guillermo Baldasseroni

Guillermo Baldasseroni

Guillermo works as the Service Delivery Manager and Engagement Manager within the Client Success capability at Blue Altair.
In his 20-year IT industry experience, Guillermo has been exposed to a variety of areas, including both technical and managerial, as well as within areas such as service desk, end user computing, infrastructure, application support, API Management, Middleware, Data Management and Analytics, Project Management Office, Business Intelligence, Governance and Processes, and ITIL Training and Advisory, among others. He has also performed various roles ranging from Technical Analyst, Technical Lead, Application Architect, Product Owner, Enterprise Applications Support Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and ITIL Processes Advisor.
Guillermo earned his degree in Computer and Systems Engineering at the Open Interamerican University in Argentina. He has also obtained several certifications during his 20 years of IT Industry tenure, such as ITIL and Project Management and Interpersonal Relationships, among other technical ones.
When not working, you can find Guillermo spending quality time with his family and friends, traveling, biking, playing bass guitar, gardening, watching space-related movies, and doing astrophotography when there is a clear night sky. Guillermo considers himself excellence-driven, which explains why his superpower would be time-travelling in order to fix the past and create a better future. He is also resilient and empathic, and his perfect day would be the one where he turns on the TV to see that no single place in the world is afflicted with war or starvation.

Tricia Driscoll

Tricia leads global marketing for Blue Altair and oversees brand stewardship, partner engagement, and growth marketing.
Tricia brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in Human Capital, FinTech, Health Care, and Insurance. Her vast marketing experience includes extensive work in Product and Partner Marketing helping to launch new products, build brand identity, drive revenue growth, and elevate partner relationships.
A graduate from The Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Music, her first passion was music. Still an accomplished musician and music lover, Tricia enjoys playing music with local orchestral groups and attending concerts of all kinds.
Outside of work, you can find Tricia enjoying several outdoor actives such as hiking and biking or planning her next big travel adventure; the most beautiful place she’s ever been is Ireland, but she’s visited many gorgeous places around the world. If she could, she would use her innate creativity to invent a holiday that involved dogs in some way! Personable and authentic, she loves evenings with friends over delicious Italian food, specifically Lasagna. The advice she values most is not to sweat the small stuff – life is too short!

Monica oversees all areas of Finance, Accounting and Administration for Blue Altair, and ensures everything is running smoothly.
Monica is a financial professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and administration. She joined Blue Altair six years ago as the Finance and Accounting Manager, where some of her responsibilities include payroll, banking, general ledger, month-end close, cash management, forecasting, financial reporting, and company profitability analysis. Prior to Blue Altair, she worked for four years as an Accounting Manager consultant for an IT and Accounting services consulting firm, and six years as the Controller for a Financial and Wealth Management Services company, both located in Canada.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Corporate Finance from Blass Pascal University in Argentina. Monica also became a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in Manitoba, Canada.
Reliable and friendly, you might catch Monica carpooling her teens around and spending quality time with friends when she’s not working. She grew up thinking she’d be a school teacher when she was young, and credits her father for most inspiring her career path. She loves CrossFit training, playing board games with family, reading, and doing crossword puzzles, which appeal to her rational side. A quote she abides by is “don’t set yourself on fire to keep others warm.”

Kimberly is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the People and Talent (P&T) function, including benefits, employee relations, policy development, compliance, and performance management, ensuring Blue Altair’s workforce is well-equipped and aligned with the firm’s Core Values.
Kimberly’s career in Human Resources/P&T began in 2007 as an HR Assistant, and since then, she’s made great strides year after year to work her way up to Sr. Manager. She has had the privilege of working with government contractors, private security and defense corporations, and consulting firms, each of which has enriched her understanding of the industry's intricate nuances. In 2015, she received her Professional in Human Resources certification, which has enabled her to keep up with the latest developments and cutting-edge trends in P&T.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida. GO BULLS!
Depending on the weather, you’ll find Kimberly at brunch, on the golf course (even though she’s vertically-challenged!), taking her dog to the park, or inside watching Bravo. She is considerate and funny, and her favorite food involves anything made from potato, a fact she attributes to being 78.6% Irish. Although Kimberly considers herself extremely capable in most areas of life, she detests folding laundry – specifically because it seems never-ending, so it would be nice if it could put itself away every once in a while.

Harshada Khankhoje

Harshada is responsible for leading all aspects of people and talent (P&T) within Blue Altair, ensuring a harmonious and happy stream of talented people. She also handles overall talent management, including talent acquisition, performance management, career development, and succession planning, as well as provides guidance and support to capability leads and employees on P&T related matters.
Her background encompasses many facets of strategic leadership in developing and implementing P&T strategies that align with organizational objectives. In previous roles, she has identified critical talent needs, assessed gaps, and designed and executed effective P&T initiatives to meet business needs. She has created and rolled out compensation programs and employee benefit plans, and oversaw compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations at various companies.
She received her post-graduate diploma in Public Relations from Mumbai University, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University prior to that.
Harshada loves cycling in her free time, and her colleagues would be surprised to find out that her hidden talent is dancing! She considers herself thoughtful, empathetic, and dependable. She especially loves to cook for her family and enjoy the meal together, followed by playing with her children or watching a movie. She considers the most beautiful place she’s ever been to be Pangong Tso In Ladakh, an area which encompasses the world’s highest saltwater lake.
